I love natural, organic and minimally-processed foods. Fortunately, the Back to Nature product line is just how I like it: minimally processed. In fact, most Back to Nature product ingredients' list have four to five ingredients listed; each comprehensible and able to pronounce.
This company makes a variety of snack foods including many healthy versions of traditional crackers and cookies. The difference is gone are the high-fructose corn syrup, trans-fats and other unhealthy ingredients. The good news is though, these products taste great! I have tried several Back to Nature products, similar to their Nabisco counterparts, including chocolate mint cookies (think a mint-flavored, Oreo-type of cookie), chocolate chunk cookies (similar to a Chips Ahoy) and wheat crackers (similar to a Triscuit). All were excellent and very fresh.

Back to Nature foods are more expensive than traditional cookies and crackers, but come well-packaged and include a lot of product. Many stores carry back to nature products and some of the varieties I have seen include: Cookies- chocolate chunk (tried), mint chocolate (tried) , chocolate w/ white cream, honey graham sticks and cinnamon graham sticks, Crackers - rice thins, wheat thins, and a thicker wheat cracker ( the one I tried). I am sure there are other varieties, but those are what I have seen thus far.
Back to Nature products are usually found in the green/organic section of grocery stores or in the cookie/snack aisle. Based on the varieties that I have sampled, my top recommendation goes to the Harvest Wheats. These were an excellent, hearty cracker and something I look forward to. They were not overly salty and after eating the recommended serving size, felt full. If looking for a quality cookie or snack product, consider trying a Back to Nature product today!
